Dear NF2 Captains,

The following are tentative updates planned for this week's regularly scheduled maintenance period. Server maintenance is expected to take 3 hours this evening from 11PM - 2AM PST. We will update if there are any changes.

Please discuss and share your thoughts!

1. The South American server will be incorporated into our current server.

2. The Southern Seas Event will be launched. Please check the event page for complete details: http://www.navyfield2.com/Event/151001/Event01.aspx

3. The matchmaking system will see the following changes:

A. For battles, the server will match tiers 1 - 5 and 6 - 12 (this is subject to immediate change in accordance to server activity)

B. Players will be unable to create a Platoon if Platoon members have lower or higher tier ships.

4. Once a Platoon is created or joined, players will be unable to alter their selected ship.
