Dear NFII Captains,

This week brings the first planned major balance patch. This patch will feature a number of changes intended to help improve the interactions between large ships and small ships. Our team has been testing it thoroughly and look forward to introducing the changes onto the server during this week's regularly scheduled maintenance.

Tentative Patch Notes:

1) Balance Changes

*Critical Factor refers to a variable rate that offers protection from critical enemy attacks (the likelihood that an enemy lands a critical shot). The higher the value, the lower the critical damage percentage when attacked.

2) Increase values of Defense Power ship research for Tier 11 CV will be adjusted to resolve an unintentional bug.

First research increase value: 3 -> 1

Second research increase value: 4 -> 2
