Being that this game never (and still hasn't!) given us a manuel as to exactly what the crew stats do, they should reduce the cost to train your individual crew members.

2,500 gold per sailer is WAY to high....they should nock it down to 50 gold per sailor, or simply allow us to do it with credits.

$370 just to respec your character is absurd....when you add that they haven't told us about the stats to begin with it feals disngenous and reflects poorly on the game-makers.

Even world of warcraft doesn't cost money to respec anymore.
