With the buff of the "E" key making BBs spread a lot smaller now, CA and CL stand no chance. These ship classes need some kind of buff. All the people crying about their t9 BBs not being able to hit anything need to shut up since they just got a huge buff. How do you guys think CA and CL players feel? Nothing they are dead in 1 salvo.......pls SDE buff CA and CL if you are going to buff BB. At least give them good manual AAA or torps to the CA that had them or even a defense boost.. something.
