PLEASE, convert the actual ship exp system to a new one

that you can play for ever with you tier 5 nevada for example, until open iowa, or another lane ship.

Keep Higher tier, higher gain.

then if i dont like my tier 6... i can play with my t5 owning less xp, until open t7, t8
