A.Naval Gun Power changes:

          - 3~7 inch naval gun power will be increased by 15%

          - 8~10 inch naval gun power will be increased by 10%

          - 11 ~ 18 inch naval gun power will be decreased by 85%

          - Certain ships may NOT follow the above rules.

11 to 18 inch naval gun power will be decreased BY 85%

That is what is in question here. If this is a typo, and it is instead meant to be read as "-- TO 85%" then this issue is hardly worth further discussion. But if that is not a typo, and they are in deed being hit with the largest nerf bat ever to cross any patch notes on any game and platform, then this absurdity has reached new heights. You are going to be looking at the floating wet noodles of Naval Warfare and have absolutely no fear of them, because not only would their guns hit as strong as that of a DD, or weaker! They'll also be firing 15% slower!

This thread primarily exists to find out if this ridiculous nerf is a typo, or fact. Which is it?
