It needs to come down another 30-50% for anything outside of a Submarine or Torpedo Bomber.

DD are running rampant now, torpedo waving incessantly as they have in NF1 and doing insane amounts of damage. Likewise, your retarded move to make them reload even faster for such a minimal damage nerf has them unloading torpedo waves in to BB (Who cannot kill them anymore because of some odd reason, broadside damage to a DD is lessened? Cannot tell you how many times now I have unloaded a massive broadside from my Fuso in to ANY DD any they are left standing after I can recant nearly 9 hits, some of them crits, and they only take a 10% hit to their DP. Loool~), CL, other DD, CV... Anything, a DD ruins each and every match with abnormally EASY torpedo wave "skills."

Nerf the damage, put the torpedos in line as a long-range free-fire missile with moderate damage (Not the insane amount is does that is immensely unavoidable now) and all should be fine. Again, this is just for DD~ Not submarine or torpedo bombers.

But then again, on the subject of bombers... Any CV that knows how to dive bomb well is going to nearly one shot any ship on the battlefield, so perhaps that needs a looking in to as well? I can tell you for certain even holding over 10,000 deck armor that a T8 CV is going to one shot that with one plane alone, let alone the several other in a single squadron. One squadron of Dive Bombers ALONE brings me from almost full DP to nearly dead.

On that note, your patch notes lied. :) BB do not turn any faster than they ever did before~

The Nelson, with it's very near 360 degree range of fire and 9 cannons with incredibly minimal spread shot (it virtually almost always block shots) is an immensely strong BB, even after the nerf. It's strong, turns very well, fast and very strong with little spread.

Also, the Brooklyn cannon damage needs to come down maybe 20%. That thing is just about as powerful as any BB I've ever seen, it's no wonder it's the go-to USN CL.
