I'm working my way to IJN CV, CVs in NF2 is way different than NF1, so I'd like some advice from you experts.

 I heard that they've nerfed torpedo in the recent patch, which is one of the pros of IJN. Then, I looked up some guides and it looks like DB is the way to go for CV in every nation, since manual aimming will be essential. So what's left that's good about IJN CV? 

  There're 7 Aviation Officer slots in total, would you suggest me how many fighters and bombers should I get? And Is it worth getting prem sailors as someone said that stats are pooled at the moment?
