JUST WOW, 30% damage nerf was bareable because we got the torp # increase, but now it is so under powered.

Torps didn't even need adjustments in the first place, devs just folded under pressure from the QQing BB players.

DD and CL needs a Torp buff espically the nations (IJN) that relies on them.
