Obviously the platoon battle is destroying the matchmaking again, you don't want to see three tier8,9 or even 11 stack in the same team while your side has nothing even close to compete. Either disable the platoon battle permanently until you find a method to resolve or at least set a total maximum tier limit/broader ship class limitation/ only certain tier can participate in platoon etc...
