This doesn't happen all the time. Most of the time match making works.

This is not the first time this has happened.

Where one side has a BB11 and the otherside doesn't even have captains upto lvl 70.

Last time, there was a Yamato and a tier 9 CV on one team, while my team had no ships above tier 6.

This time, similar story. EdenSion's Yamato and Strawbz's North Carolina one team, and my team has nothing.
