Hello,

I have purchased the Advanced Training upgrade. However, it's instructions advise me to double-click, yet it then says I cannot use it in the Supply Depot. 

I have attempted to add it to the sailors in their item slot and that isn't possible either.

How do I use this Advanced Training?
