SD, what is the reasoning behind the 9% speed nerf for 3 of the T8 DDs? The loss of 4 knts is game breaking, especially at a tier where the DD should be faster and overall, better, than the lower tiers. As of right now, every T6 DD in the game is beyond better than the T8s, except for the US which oddly weren't touched by the nerf...

Can the nerf be reversed or at least justified please? A T8 DD going 35 knts regular and only 38 knts after 350k worth of upgrades is ridiculous. My T6 without any speed upgrades and a 5% boiler goes 39...

The nerf just doesnt make any sense and seemed very random.
