if i buy a aide for officer +15% my exp if i win and survive are ca 8700.

Now i have buyd a aide +15% SHip exp.  Why i become only ca. 9400????? 8700 + 15% = ca. 10'000

Please check this. Its not serious when you take 120 gold (money!) and do not give what you said.
