The scout planes should be changed so that they report like the radar. I think this would make it much more interesting, when they report a location instead of giving you a visual viewing area. Maybe have them work like sonar, where you get a location report every 8 seconds, instead of a field of view. This would add a degree of skill to the game.

Also quick question, are planes not limited by fuel? If they aren't they should be.
