Concerning to the improvements:

1.Damage and amount of the torpedos were double nerfed recently, so as a DD, CL, CLT is a problem to help the team, even a SS has problems.

2. SS speed is a problem but very well accurate to the real life.Meanwhile the BBs speed is extremely fast, should be aprox 20-25 knots.

3. The reload time of the artillery isnt balanced and shouldnt be the same for all nations.

4. Matchmaking System isnt well programmed, matching  tiers VIs, IVs versus Tier XIs isnt a good idea.

5. New maps related to:"artic maps","Panama Canal","midway", "rivers"

6. Adding new Ships or bring them back. Ex in this case CA Maya, SS Sen-Toku(1-400).What happened to them anyway?

7.Reward system should be changed (better performance = better rewards), this to prevent powerlevel Aka rush and die.

8.  Fighter planes for UK and IJN should be upgraded, almost level 80 should be able to fight with Level 60 USN,KM.
