The lack of documentation or "help" is seriously impacting this game.   As in, impacting revenue.

For example, "morale" and officers.  How does it work?  What will I gain by using gold, my real $$, to upgrade the morale?  Do you think I will spend money without understanding it?

Similarly, the ship armor enhancements, Bulkhead, belt, etc.  What is the difference between the 5 levels?  At least this isn't real money.

Then, the things I do see, that are documented, are almost silly.  Like buying a "Weapon Officer(Launcher)" for 300 gold.  It gives me 30 levels of launcher.  Like, really?  I can grind 30 levels off a new officer in no time.  This, again, makes me not want to spend gold on anything that I don't understand, because the effect will likely be as "useful".

And then some of the things, like the information on "Patriotism (7 days)" is, ... idk.   "Maintain current moral to show the consistent ability.  Moral increase bonus may still apply within its limit value.".   I have no idea what that means.

Of course, it could be that the design is that screwed up, but I have some hope that it is just documentation....
