My win rate right now is 38%. I think my officers' morale is suffering because of this. If I reset it, I assume that their skill will perk up a bit.  But it is 360 gold to do so. After I get a little better in my SS, and stop getting so many 0 credit rewarded battles, I might reset. But does the cost go up for a second reset, and third. If so does it go up a lot?

Also while we're talking morale, in my officer screen, in the lower right corner is a bar with two colors. I think I understand, but just want to verify: The short color, the left part of the bar is the skill he has earned. and the other color just to the right of the first color band is the amount of bonus he is currently getting by virtue of having good morale. Have I got that right?

Lastly, how does one earn morale bonuses? I read that each win gives a % morale bonus, but I've gotten +3% morale bonuses after random battles that were lost. So how do you increase morale?
