In game I dont have the grid box in the minimap no explosions no splashes and no sound effects.  I downloaded and installed Visual C++ 2005,2008,2010.2012 and 2013 then uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game and it is still the same.  Now when I downloaded using a Windows 7 OS everything was fine.  I did a reimage and put Windows 8.1 now and when I download the installer from the website it says the file might be invalid or corrupt and missing the signature.  Any suggestions?
