Currently, you can make an IGN of any form.  Any swear word, insult, etc.

Standard game protocol is to either ban or force a name change on these.

If you do not, if/when this game gets popular, this will become a political issue in the press, and will have negative repercussions.

This is part of the whole issue of lack of game masters/admins....
