Why the hell is this teleportation being implemented at the beginning? Recently, more and more players are smugly abusing this mechanism. Seriously, when you launch torpedoes or drop some bombs on a target, bang, it simply teleports miles away at the last moment, intact, without even a little bit of penalty.

While this function may have provided some convenience to shorten the game length, it is definitely  not working as intended right now. A WWII naval warfare game should never implement such alien technologies, let along the unfair game play involved.
