5 days long i couldn't log in to the game nor the site, it took 5 days before i could change my pw and log in again after a wrong log in information error (on the site) when it clearly wasnt wrong. (in game it said account information error) I even did a reset of password etc and it still came up with the same error. now im finally playing again but again, it seems it was fixed but my joy was shortlived.. now im getting in the game, and it says wrong account information error, at least this time i can still enter the website! last time i couldnt even contact you.. well i did contact you by contacting an admin trough on the change password page but never got any response, which is quite disturbing, hope you'll fix this error again so i dont have to wait 5 days again to be able to play. I payed for this game, I was also thinking to buy more gold but thats not going to happen anymore if this keeps going on like this, issues like this are unacceptable, and that i didnt even get a response on my issue is even more unacceptable. please fix this error and maybe you can think about a compensation becouse this is starting to become very frustrating.

And atleast give a reply this time, I did also create a support ticket..
