Our team is currently working to determine the cause of a serious server error and will restore server access immediately once resolved.
We will work to restore access as soon as possible and will update if we predict it may take longer than a few minutes.

We were unable to remotely restart the server and have determined that the EXP changes made last night may have led to a bug resulting in server disconnection. We have server personnel on the way to the office so the issue can be fixed promptly. Unfortunately, this still may result in up to a 2 hour downtime at most (it is currently 2:25 PM PST).
A bug with the fleet ranking calculations has been determined to be responsible for this downtime, not the new EXP system as previously thought. Final stability tests are being performed at the moment just before setting the server back online. Please expect the server to be back online within a few minutes.
