Today i has bough USN CA9 Northampton and i realize that Northamton is not really better ther tier 7 CA New Orlean. They are almost the same in despite of difference in tiers. Is it ok? I was gringing for CA9 and suffering hard on ca5-ca7 tiers dealing little damage like 70-120k and thinking that i will have better gameplay on CA9. But after getting CA9 i realised that it was just an illusion. So CAs need a huge buff or it is something wrong in my opinion?
