Right now I have the first KM CV and I have not leveled any of the pilots yet. A few months ago there was a lot of uncertainty about how the pilots should be properly leveled for maximum effect.

My understanding is that KM have the best or one of the better fighters. If this is true exactly how should I structure my crew points to make this possible. I'm not sure if the KM have better DBs or TBs. How should I use the points for my crew in this regard. How many of my crew should I devote to eat category? 

Is there anything definative about the points we put into crew?
