GOLD SPENDING:

BB/CL/CA Drivers: 2x PREM RLD/ACC Gunners, 1x PREM Eng/Rep Crew, 15% XP AIDE, PREM MEM
CV Drivers: 2x PREM BOMB/INT PILOTS, 1x PREM Eng Crew, 15% XP AIDE, PREM MEM
SS/DD Drivers: 2x PREM Launcher CREW, 1x PREM Eng Crew, 15% XP AIDE, PREM MEM

CAPTAIN TRAINING

BB/CL/CA Drivers: 40 Weapon would be your main stat to unlock 3rd gunner slot, then after you finished weapons, rest go into support.
CV Drivers: 40 aviation for 3rd pilot slot then support for more overheat.
SS/DD Drivers: 40 weapon for 3rd torp loader, then support for overheat.

CREW TRAINING !(IMPORTANT)!

BB/CL/CA Drivers: Your Main stat is a balance between RLD and ACC. to lvl up your stats correctly, you just first choose the type of PREM gunners you wish to purchase first. If you choose PREM RLD gunners then your main base crew would be all ACC to compensate. this way you will achieve blockshot(all shells land on a square block area). My recommendations are the other way around, since you will achieve 3 base gunner slots when your captain hits 40 Weapon stat. you should max your RLD on your base Crew and use PREM ACC gunners to compensate. this way you will have more RLD then ACC, why is this good? If You hit me with your pro acc shots, fine, but if i hit you 3x before you load your 2nd salvo of shells, I win.
CV Drivers: There's a divide on how to level a CV correctly as to gain higher XP and score, you should use Dive Bombers or Torp Bombers and get as much damage in as possible while hiding behind your fleet. BUT! a GOOD CV will never use such a bad move as they know the BEST way to lvl is to WIN! and to WIN is to SCOUT! the key to battle in this game is ALL about VISION. if your fighters can kill their scouts then you blind them as your scouts give vision for your fleet BB's to decimate your enemies. your bombers are more used to hunt enemy CV's as they are slow and can't really dodge your bombs. Lvling your bomb stats is not as important as saving your planes to reload and attack again, evasion/Int base crew with PREM Bomb crew would be great as it gives you a early game advantage and the stats to bomb most ships.
SS/DD Drivers:reloading torps is your main task, nothing really to say about it but the KEY is to stay dived as much as possible, therefore your ENG Crew is everything, max eng base and have PREM eng too. your special crew should be all max on Dive stats for SS/anti sub for DD's.

SHIP RESEARCH

This BETA is only for 5 days, so the best you can achieve with moderate playtimes is to hit BB2/CV1-1.5/SS1/DD6. so don't spend your Research on anything BUT what your aiming for! IE: US BB should be aiming for Nevada 1916) etc. once you got the ship you wanted, research the heck out of it. max everything.

SHIP LOADOUT

Each ship contains several slots that you can buy, i recommend all of them or at least 4-5 slots as you will chose what type of items to slot into them.
BB/CL/CA - PREM RLD, PREM ACC, BELT, DECK, BULKHEAD.
CV - PREM ENG, DECK, BULKHEAD.
SS - PREM ENG, PREM LAUNCHER, PREM SONAR.
DD - PREM LAUNCHER, PREM RLD/ACC. BELT, BULKHEAD.

ARMOR DETAILS

Each of type of armor prevents certain degree of attack.
BELT is for low angle shells AKA close targets.
DECK is for higher angle shells AKA max range targets.
(this also depends on angle of gun used)
BULGE ARMOR: Anti Torp! if your a good driver, you wont need it, but if you think your gonna get torped all the time, you can replace another slot for it.

WEAPON LOADOUT

GUNS/SHELLS: 80-90% HE shells, 20-10% AP. WHY? Armor does not regenerate during a battle, so your first salvo against a CA/BB should be AP shells and most to all of their armor would be gone, then just HE them till death.
SWITCHING ROUNDS DOES NOT CAUSE ADDITIONAL RELOAD (OMG)
