I'm curious to know why the tier 8 DD (z1936c) downgrade from the tier 6. It gets a reduction in speed and fewer guns. Even with the upgrades its slow compared to CL's and yet the size makes it almost as big as a CL. I don't really see what advantage it has over the tier 6 DD.

I thought DD's were supposed to be fast but with a base of 35kts most CL's will be able to chase it down. I was enjoying DD's up till then.
