So I have been thinking about ships armor and ways to make it play better and I came up with an idea.

Ships should come with a certain amount of DP in armor as a base. And the armor you buy should be extra.

To be clearer, I would give a certain tier of battleship X belt X deck and X bulge armor. With battleships having more than say a heavy cruiser. Then if the player wanted to bolt on additional armor the purchased armor would simply add to the base armor.

Its just an idea, obviously more discussion would need to be given to specific ammounts.
