I have a new idea for periscope mechanics!
When a submarine is a periscope depth, or depth 1 in game, you can see the whole submarine! not only that, but you can see it from really far away! Battleships, for instance, can see subs from miles away, because of there extreme line of sight. My idea is a new periscope system be implemented, where instead of showing the whole sub, you just see a very small periscope trailing in the water. it would be more realistic, and give more purpose to riding at periscope depth, which is what most real WW2 subs did constantly. players on surface ships would also be rewarded for keen observation.
