When Tier VIII and X CAs were added, Tone 1945 had less scouts than her predecessor, that is in fact the same ship. It was bearable, though, as Tone 1945 had just the default amount of 3 planes. But now it has no scouts at all that makes her inferior to tier VII Tone with her 7 scouts. Why the plane capacity of Tone 1945 was removed and will she get her scouts back?
