HELP!!   what fool took my ship speed and manuever and swapped with 4000 ht pnts....4 k hit pnts is nothing at t9-u cant outrun anyone and those tiny ht pnts will get me about .1 sec longer before i sink...bahhh  USN DD LIVE BY MY REP!
