Organize the tips and tactics page similar to the Balance Discussion page. 

Have each class get a sticky post with its tips & tactic. (could also include links to other/previous posts, and a link to nf2wikia)

And a general tips list explaining quickly how to cap bases, teleport/relocate etc ... like a brief how-to for new players to access easily.
