Is there any way to mute the bells and "welding hisses" in the harbor? It seems to be tied directly to SFX volume so you wouldn't be able to hear anything in battle if you disabled it.

It can get really loud, especially if you like to keep NF2 unmuted in case someone invites you to a platoon while you're browsing the internet or working.
