It's been probably close to 1 year since I've been on basically since NF 2 came out. I noticed that all my salior abilities were reset on my ships.

My primary line is a UK BB on the Queen Elizabeth class with crews in their 70s. I also have a KM SS and CV line both in the late 40s.

Is there some kind of guide for putting the points into the sailors now? I remember back when NF 2 was much newer there was a lot of confusion in this regard. What are the major changes recently in game? Have the harbor assaults come back? Did they ever manage to include manual aiming so that's it's worth using?
