Right now, a non paying user can only launch 3 aircraft regardless how good the cv is.

So I suggest to change the logic of cv game play.  The cv ship level will determine how many aircraft can fly.

for example, a small cv can only fly 5 aircraft while an enterprise cv can fly 12 aircraft regardless how many "squad" (not pilot anymore), with a minimum 1 squad must bring.

the squad will determine how strong they can fight.  So a cv with 3 fighter squad will be more powerful than a cv with 1 squad of fighter, 1 squad of bomber, and 1 squad of torp bomber.  1 squad is consist of 13 pilot.  So a user can only fly max 13 aircraft if all pilots do not return to base (out of gas/shot down)
