If you attemp to conquest a full enemy base (neutrals not have army) With a DD or with a sailor low level landing

Forget it, for each landing force appears a number at start 741 with certain ability 800-900

I have one with 25 points of landing makes 968 to a base and it take half of my force (normally 221 units)
