A rebalance for CVs needs to be done as having just one CV is going to imbalance the game heavily, unless the other team has some scout planes. The imbalance can be seen in this image: http://imgur.com/88m4hyC. The picture was taken before the bomber onslaught which our AAA and AA shells from our destroyers were completely ineffective in letting us live. Even if it was one CV it would be okay but 3 CVs really just destroys the balance in the game. At least make both sides have CVs before giving 2 CVs to one side.
