I have no idea how to get a fleet icon, and i cannot find anything/anyone who can help me.

i think you have to go into the game files or somthing, i tried that, went the file everyone metions, but what do you do in it? it opens up like a code thingy, do you replace the NewFleetMarker.Png with the file name? or do you name the file NewFleetMarker? and how do i get a exact 32x32 image, do i need to make it myself, i tried shrinking An image to 32x32 and it was way to pixely. should i use pain or somthing?

someone please help. Wolfpack needs a symbol.

and do you need to pay money the first time? im getting mixed results about that.
