Not seeing it, at all, at tier 7 CA.  No AAA ammo to load on my sub gun, no appreciable damage to planes from being nearby.

Considering my role, this should be stronger than it is.  Or was adding airplane damage to CA contribution in another thread a typo / mistake?  I am beginning to feel foolish for playing the CA this long instead of a BB.  I hope it gets better at higher tiers, but frankly by tier 7 it should at least already be present.
