SDE you need to take a look into the Blucher.

Compare it to other nations T7 CA's - notice it has no scout.

I also dont get why it hasn't got any long range AA capabilities (aa guns)

Blucher is a T7 burden to the team thus making the grind horrific since you need to grind 1million xp in it for the T8 ship.

Compared to this the grind  BB5 to 7 is a walk in the park, which you announced to be adressed.
