Hey guys,

I wanna make a new IJN BO. That one should operate IJN CL and SS ships.
I need some advise for what crew skills I should choose. So far my thoughts:

weapon officers: 1 Accuracy, 1 Reload, 3 Torpedo
Support officers: 3 Engi, 1 Rep, 1 Maintanace
special officers: all sonar 
aviation: all evasion but more likely for selling if ever possible.

But still I'm unsure on the following things:

1. Weapons: should I go all officers for torpedo? CL guns are quite accurate and SS guns not needed
2. Support: What does maintanance do? should I go 2 reps/3 engi? Or even 1 Rep + 4 Engi?
3. Special: or should I go all as dive (=anti sonar)? SS and CLs can only follow dived subs to shoot when they come up

And last but not least: are IJN torpedo CL's and SS worth the time?
