There should be a way to opt out of being flagship...

Sometimes I am n DD grinding points and because of my level I am assigned flagship duty.

In those cases, it would not be praticle for my ship type to be flag.  It would be better for team to have a different ship

class as flagship.....

Also why not take into consideration the ship class when assigning flag duty...lvl - check, ship - check.....that way high level isn't automacticly flagship..
