These two ships are always under target practice with no way two fight back due to the huge size and inaccurate guns. Moreover, their speed are reduced to 26-27knts so they lose the main advantage of a battlecruiser.

I hope these two ships to be Buffed seriously, increae the original speed to about 30 knts, and improve the gun accuracy.
